La Cerimonia di investitura dei Capitani Reggenti è il momento in cui San Marino rinnova ufficialmente la sua guida politica. I Capitani Reggenti sono due persone scelte per rappresentare insieme la Repubblica nello Stato e all estero.
La cerimonia avviene due volte l anno, il primo aprile e il primo ottobre. Ogni mandato dura sei mesi, quindi le nomine si ripetono regolarmente e segnano l inizio di un nuovo periodo di governo condiviso.
